Hi,
believe is a legal obligation on the part of the web sites of Government and Parliament, [to] make available free of charge and the official, the whole body of laws currently in force, including the Income Tax Code (Consolidated income taxes). I say this for three reasons.
The first reason 'that the laws are public documents, by the activities' of public bodies, with taxes paid by citizens, as such, shall also be available to the public, official and free form, similar to the OJEC (Official Journal of the communities' European Union).
The second reason 'that, for some time now, the Official Gazette and not' more 'for sale at tobacconists, subscription (both paper and electronic) and' very costly for the individual citizen who wants to keep up to date, and inspection at the City takes a long time.
The third reason 'that the law does not admit ignorance, and it' can therefore only right down any barrier that obstructs the reading of the regulations in its official and updated.
The site of the Official Gazette should provide proper access and complete all existing legislation. The loss of revenue due to free supply can 'be largely offset by an appropriate diversion of part of the resources currently provided to the RAI to the canon, in fact,' more 'important to have access to the law that do not transmit unnecessary programs in the state television costume .
Waiting for positive response, I offer my greetings.

The British Government has made available to the body of law, free of charge on the Internet. The site ' http://www.statutelaw.gov.uk . Meanwhile, the Italian government has not even considered the possibility 'of such an initiative, and I have not yet had a shred of response. The pseudo-Italian democracy works only when calling the electoral votes, then they ignore you, until the next election.
